KIT is one my my favorite places to go on the weekends, both to study and relax! I love their beautiful, industrial aesthetic and their food is just as great. KIT uses Coava coffee, one of my all-time favorites for their deliciously deep and smooth taste. My usuals include their iced latte with whole milk and hot matcha latte with whole milk. As for food, they have a delicious foray of toasts, from avocado toast to cream brulee toasts! My favorite avocado toast of theirs is the Avocado Garden Toast ($9) which features a crusty french style bread topped with smashe avocado, picked seasonal vegetables, cherry tomatoes and chives- delicious!! As for their sweet toasts, I love their Matcha Brulee Toast, which features a matcha and sugar blend that has been bruleéd and caramelized on a slice of toasted white bread.

While this place does get crowded, there is ample seating and parties move in and out quickly. For those trying to study, there are only 4 regular sized tables inside that allow you to work comfortably, the rest are more ideal for causal lounging.

When I am in the mood for good coffee, and the BEST avo toast, and have at least a free hour, this is the place to go. I love getting their vanilla latte or caramel latte with oatmilk. The coffee is so smooth, it is hard not to drink too quickly especially when ordering the iced version. They seem to swap out their Avocado Toast flavors/toppings every so often, so I have tried a few of their options, and they never disappoint.

The only downsides to this place is that it can get VERY busy on the weekend. There has been times I circled the parking lot twice before giving up and valeting (which is nice that they have this option). The line can take equally as long as trying to park. If you want to sit, you may find yourself hovering over people waiting for them to leave. But this isn't really a place that people hang out at too long, since the chairs are made for minimalistic style rather than comfort.

If you are lucky to come during the weekday or can get in before the Saturday/Sunday morning rush, then you will enjoy some extremely smooth, well bodied coffee, and some of the best avocado toast in the area:)

Honestly I have nothing good nor bad to say about this place. Coffee is meh. I kinda of went out of my way to try this place and I wasn't really impressed. Plenty of parking.

I can definitely say that my experience at kit coffee was a pleasantly surprising one One of the great things I love is the ambiance in this area it's very nice down to earth chill music and The people that work there also to be very knowledgeable as well as pretty nice I do like that they have a really deep focus one coffee as in the flavor of the beans end of the coffee itself it's not too much of a throw a lot of sugar and syrups in the coffee and there you go they truly feel like a decent coffee place for a coffee connoisseur as well as I do like that they have a seasonal drink that changes that is something that you won't find at a dunkin' donuts I would say if you're looking for a nice place to chill in the area and have some coffee they may not be super sweet I would say to check out this place
